Due to the nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time; items are carefully checked for quality prior to shipment. All sales are final. However, that doesn't mean you're out of luck! If you have an issue with your order, please drop us an email and let's come up with a solution. :)

Damages, Lost Packages

• If your order was untracked: refunds will not be given in cases of lost packages; I apologize for the inconvenience but I am a small business. Thank you for your understanding.
• Nibs and Scripts is unable to refund or replace lost orders with untracked shipping and we also do not have information regarding the progress of shipment.
