Wholesale FAQs

Do you sell on Faire?

Yes! If you prefer to order online with Faire, we'd be happy to accomodate.

Please use our Faire direct link to ensure Faire knows you were referred by us and we can save a bit on commission (but you still get full benefits!)

Are there any benefits to ordering directly from you?

Besides supporting our little shop directly and using our platform, there is no real difference :)

The goal is to make the ordering processing the most convenient for you, so we don't have a preference for any method you choose and we'll do our best to accomodate,

We take the utmost care to business owners that support us with their purchases, regardless of platform.

Do you offer samples to prospective wholesale accounts?

For any retail or business owner that wants to hold our cards, we'd be happy to send you some goods! Please head over to our sample request form here.

What are wholesale minimums?

New Accounts: $150 CAD

Existing Accounts: $100 CAD

Quantity per SKU: 1 case per SKU ordered (6 items/case)

Can I submit an order via email or phone instead of directly on the website?

Sure--we strive to make ordering as easy as possible, so you can fill out an order form here and email it to contact@nibsandscripts.com.We'll send you an invoice in 2-5 business days :)

How are wholesale orders packaged/are cards shipped in sleeves?

Greeting cards are packed with an A2 self-sealing envelope in a clear cello sleeve, but will soon be phasing this out to reduce plastic waste.

Post cards, stickers and bookmarks are shipped without packaging for ease of display.

How long do wholesale orders ship?

Unless you're ordering 12 or more cards per SKU, our wholesale orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Larger orders, or orders that require a higher quanity of any particular SKU, may require up to five (5) business days to ship.

How much does shipping usually cost?

With domestic Canada Post orders, shipping may typically cost between $10 - $15. International orders will cost slight more, and those that are larger than average may increase those shipping costs.

What shipping options are available?

We are open to using whatever shipping carrier our clients prefer at checkout or when submitting orders via email. We normally use Canada Post and USPS, but whatever carrier works best for you is who we'll use to ship!

Do you accept returns/exchanges on wholesale products?

At this point in time we unfortunately do not accept exchanges or returns. We may be able to accomodate on a case by case basis; please email contact@nibsandscripts.com if you'd like to return any unsold product.

Why do you have so few cards in some categories?

We're still a relatively young company, so we're fillout out product categories based on sales volume within the industry (birthday cards for example take up 50% of greeting card sales!).

We're releasing ~6 to 12 SKUS at a time twice a year, and continuing to fill categories in their order of sales volume/popularity!
